We will offer lot #1 first, when the bidding is complete online clerk will record the high bid and bidder's number and mark it "passed". We will then offer lot #2 and follow the same procedure as lot #1. We will then total the two high bids and offer the property as a whole. If the bid is not advanced past that number the property will sell as individual parcels to the high bidders and for the amount that was bid when the lot was "passed".
